Go to home depot. They have dusters that have extensions for doing just what you want to do.
It bends at the end at 90 degrees so you can do top and bottom of the blades. It telescopes.

Hook the extended attatchment to the hose of your vacuum cleaner along with the brush head, and vacuum the blades. Or use a swiffer.
