Try the hobby lobby, they seem to have a huge range of stuff and you might find something there to suit you. It’s very hard to find albums that don’t require hinges or mounts but these guys have everthing.

Since the hobby is less popular than it used to be, it’s difficult to find local stamp dealers with shops. You can search the web for philatelic supplies or stamp albums and purchase what you need by mail order.
I don’t live in the USA so I can’t be more helpful, but there is an American Stamp Dealers Association that should help you find a supplier for your needs. Try http://www.asdaonline.com/
Besides a stock book and a perf gauge, you’ll need stamp tweezers, and often a magnifying glass comes in helpful.
