I had a friend that got his hands on a 12 pack or Hamms about 6 years ago but I haven’t seen it since. You best bet is to contact you local beer distributers and ask if they carry it or know who does. Hamm’s is on the brand list for Miller Brewing Co. but if they still make it and its availiability are up in the air, maybe you can write them an e-mail directly.

Hamm’s was one of the major regional breweries bought out years ago by Miller. It is still listed as a produced brand at the Miller website, though it is not even described otherwise. That would suggest that some plonk labeled Hamm’s is still produced and sold somewhere but otherwise Miller has let the brand die.
